As a HR Lead of Talent and Leadership Development, this role will be responsible for strategizing, integrating and operationalizing the Talent Systems - Talent Identification, Succession Planning, Leadership and Career Development, Retention and Engagement.
Strategic Talent Partnering and Workforce Planning
- Work with key stakeholders to advance Talent Strategy in alignment with company's strategic goals.
- Lead and operationalise the end-to-end Talent Identification and Succession Planning system, working with C-suites, HRBP team in identifying, grooming, and positioning high-potential talents for leadership and specialized roles.
- Work with HRBPs to track and monitor our Talents individual development plans to ensure engagement and growth.
- Partner with HRBP and Leaders to build holistic workforce plan, including identification of critical positions and talent gaps, validating talent development needs. Other aspects of workplace plan include new operating models, new skillsets and competencies, career pathways, job redesign and change management plans.
Talent and Leadership Development
- Develop and operationalise customised talent and career development initiatives.
- Coach HRBP, line managers and supervisors to provide consistent talent and career development advice.
Talent Engagement and Retention
- Drive Talent Retention efforts to retain critical talents and mitigate attrition risks.
- Work with stakeholders to measure talent engagement and retention KPIs.
- Leverage on data analytics to support business decisions around Talent strategy.
Headship and Leadership Appointments
- Drive leadership and headship appointments efforts. Working with HRBPs to operationalise, and to ensure governance and outcomes (RASIC model) of HR processes that lead to successful leadership and headship appointments/reappointments.
Job Requirements
- At least 12 years of relevant experience in leading and implementing HR, Talent and/or Leadership Organisational Development strategies and initiatives.
- Strong in process and project management, as well as internal consulting and facilitation.
- Interested in exploring the HR data and analytics.
