As a CRM Marketing Manager/Executive at Challenger Technology Limited, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and overall satisfaction. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive successful marketing campaigns. This position will be reporting to the Head of Merchandising.
- Working days: Monday - Fridays
- Working hours: 9 AM - 6.30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM strategies aligned with merchandising goals to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools to segment and target customer groups, ensuring personalized and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improving merchandising strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Sales, and IT teams to integrate CRM initiatives into overall marketing plans.
- Design and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring compelling and relevant content.
- Create and optimize customer journeys through automated workflows to enhance engagement and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of CRM initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure seamless integration of CRM systems with other business applications in collaboration with the IT team.
- Other adhoc duties by your supervisor when needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 2 years) as a CRM Marketing Manager/Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and customer segmentation.
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools/software.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
