Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and expanding Singapore office as a Counsel and become a member of our Global Finance Practice.
- The ideal candidate should have pqe 9+, covering the Asia-Pacific region for a global practice, and advise on banking & finance related matters, with a focus on:
- structured finance;
- project finance;
- general lending and security;
- banking & finance regulatory and advisory, and
- LNG matters
Qualifications / Person Specification
- Work with the Singapore partners to support and interact with the team's clients which include financial institutions, funds and multi-national corporates throughout the region
- Qualified in Singapore (England & Wales or Australian qalifications will also be considered)
- Minimum 10+ years' experience in Singapore (or 8pqe in England and Wales (or equivalent))
- Strong experience in LNG, banking and finance, with experience of structured lending being especially useful
- Willingness to learn new products and be a team player
- Fluent English (spoken and written) required
- Attention to detail, organised, efficient and able to work under pressure
