As a Product Manager for AI Applications in the Trust and Safety Team, you will build and improve safety features for AI Applications.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Safety Strategy:
- Assume responsibility for crafting the content safety strategy for Global AI products.
2. AI Safety Capabilities:
- Establish and enhance AI safety capabilities to reduce risk levels associated with AI application scenarios.
3. Risk Management:
- Manage risk assessments for AI functions.
- Stay attuned to data and gather user feedback from internal and external sources.
- Address online risks and continually refine safety capabilities.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with Business, RD (Research and Development), Algorithm, Policy, and Operations teams.
- Provide support for business growth initiatives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of product management experience.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, and preferably, prior experience in safety and strategic product management.
- Interest in Large Models:
- A deep interest in large AI models and a desire to explore their practical applications.
- Proactive approach to addressing business requirements.
- Demonstrated ability in product design, particularly for complex products.
- A results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in data analytics, coordination, and project management.
