Job Description:
This 2-year program will include Base pay + incentives & commission for relevant roles.
This role will give you exposure to 4 different portfolios.
2 Year program:
Roles covered in these 2 years:
- HR (Talent Acquisition)
- Events
- Operation
- Sales & Marketing
The selected candidates will have training provided, mentorship, and will be reporting to the Team Lead for that specific role.
Near the end of the 2-year program, candidates will be able to better understand what role they are interested in, will sit down with the Company Director, and will be promoted to ‘Manager’ in their desired field.
Requirements:
- Qualifications- Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
- Strong verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills, and keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently or with team, multitask and prioritize.
- Strong client relations, strategic thinking, and new business development skills; a problem solver, solution-finder, and able to think outside the box.
- High energy level and positive approach to job and responsibilities
