Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office hours
Job Descriptions
- Perform Purchase Order creation and/or changes in system
- Perform Goods Receipt and/or return in system
- Follow up with users on open purchase orders
- Provide advice and guidance to users on procurement policy, procedures, and system
- Handle enquiries and resolve system technical issues as helpdesk case agent
- Handle, review and administer procurement requests as per Procurement policy and procedures
- Point of Contact between users and other departments such as Finance and Legal on procurement related queries
- Manage Corporate card account application and granting of limit via system
- Liaise with suppliers on registration process, open purchase orders and goods receipt matters
- Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and improve workflow
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporean can apply.
- Diploma in any relevant fields
- Familiar with e-procurement systems (i.e. Ariba, S4 Hana) and proficient in MS Office
- Experience in analysing and presenting data for management reports
