· Position: Senior Executive

· Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am-5.30pm)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,800 + AWS + HIGH Performance Bonus (2-5 Months)

Main Responsibilities:
· Assist to liaise with events
· To participate in any projects or events organized
· Liaise with vendors and suppliers
· Organizing, Conceptualizing and execution of events.
· Responsible for planning, promoting and ensuring the smooth running of an event schedule
· Responsible to lead and direct an event staff
· Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes; take initiatives to implement improvement plan
· Able to support with day to day administrative duties where required
· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
· At least Diploma and 4 years of working experience in managing events
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
