Procurement Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform any other tasks as assigned when necessary.
  • Liaise and coordinate with supplier and project teams.
  • Maintain, source, and procurement of material.
  • Issue purchase orders and data entry.
  • Participate in strategic planning of procurement for the company.
  • In charge of the centralized purchases for the company.
  • In charge of the store and purchase of the materials.
  • To do stock inventory within a year.
  • In charge of creditor invoices, delivery orders, and pricing.
  • ISO preparation for internal and external audits.
  • Analyse, monitor, and forecast inventory levels.
  • Initiate and lead cost-saving initiatives.
  • Liaise with local suppliers.
  • Maintain and update the approved supplier list.
  • Monitor and keep optimal inventory levels.
  • Source, evaluate, and qualify suppliers Requirements:
  • Min GCE ‘O’ Level or related certificates in Procurement/Supply Chain
  • Min 1-2 years of procurement experience in supply management
  • Procurement experience in Marine & Process Company, with NDT knowledge will be an advantage
  • An independent individual who works well under pressure
  • A good team player able to interact with people from all levels
