Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of specialist Singapore Corporate Secretarial staff. The team will provide Corporate Secretarial services to external clients and internal clients (i.e. other departments within the Singapore business).
- Mentor, coach and supervise the Corporate Secretarial team of subordinates.
- Identify areas of development and propose and implement training initiatives for Corporate Secretarial team, including preparation of training materials and hosting internal training on corporate secretarial matters as and when needed.
- Work with the Director to manage the ongoing Performance Appraisal Framework.
- Work with the Director to continue to build a team as the business grows.
- Undertake periodic reporting to the Director.
- Oversee preparation and co–ordination of the corporate documents, including completion of filing with the relevant governmental authorities within the stipulated deadline.
- Oversee the daily operations of the business and ensure all communications with clients are supported in writing.
- Work closely with the Senior Officer to outline the agreed action steps, responsibilities and deadlines for project works and client requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure Registered Filing Status is maintained with ACRA.
- Act as Company Secretary for client companies.
- Provide corporate secretarial services concerning statutory obligations to internal group companies.
- Attend to adhoc requests from Senior Management.
- Maintain good client relationship with clients and provide feedback and work with the Director on how client service can be continually augmented. Identify and develop key relationships.
- Contribute to discussions with the Business Development Manager and Director on strategies to obtain new business, and maximizing collaboration with the Business Development team, particularly in regard to onboarding clients
- Act as either the primary point of contact for international clients or be a supporting point of contact to assist in the establishment of new corporate structures and ongoing administration.
- Develop an in–depth knowledge in the industry of existing and potential clients.

- Possess strong organisational skills and demonstrate an ability to handle multiple client service tasks in a prompt and efficient manner. Attention to detail is essential,
- Demonstrate that they are able to deal with client affairs in a highly professional manner.
- Possess the highest level of personal integrity and demonstrate a full understanding and appreciation for confidentiality in dealing with client matters.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be sensitive to the cultural diversity of the client portfolio.
- Multilingual is preferred to deal with Southeast Asia Client and North Asia Client
