Job Description
- Develop and execute non-sales channel customer acquisition strategies/ plans for DCS products and services to grow the respective targeted customer segments/ bases.
- Develop and execute strategies/ plans to grow insurance revenue by exploring additional insurance product partnership.
- Implement frictionless onboarding application for DCS products and services based on the advancement of technology and digitalization, ie virtual card issuance, instant/ same-day application status, digital/ e-signature, leveraging on S’pore - MyInfo, Credit Bureau etc
- Plan and execute monthly lead extraction for insurance partners
- Success in this role requires an understanding of finance product (credit card) and basic understanding of insurance products. Additionally, strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with partners, are essential to achieve the desired outcome.
Job Requirement
- Education: Minimum of diploma or above.
- Industry Experience: Relevant retail banking experience (specifically for credit card).
- Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Effective networking and relationship-building. Good problem-solving and objection handling skills. Meticulous and self motivated.
