- Work closely with Marketing and Doctors to create package
- Work closely and manager your team members to ensure outlets' smooth operation, including manpower planning and duty roster, monitoring staffs' punctuality, equipment and inventory maintenance as well as other issues.
- To ensure cleaniliness of Clinic
- To handle customer's complaints, feedback and/or refunds, you will be the first point of contact and/or relevant personnel to understand the details of the incident and to handle it as the HQ representative and/or to direct it to the relevant departments or persons for proper follow up of the case
- Assist to liaise with vendors, sales representative for training, products, machine etc.
- To ensure that all product and packages sold must be approved by the Top Management with documents
- Professional Certificate or Diploma and above in any field
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in aesthetics/beauty/spa industry
- At least 1 year of leadership experienceExcellent interpersonal skills and service orientated
- Self-motivated and target driven
