Responsibilities :
- Schedule the project in logical steps and budget the time required to meet deadlines, ensuring efficient planning.
- Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites as necessary, maintaining an organized workforce.
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, along with other regulations, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, fostering clear communication channels.
- Obtain all necessary permits and licenses, addressing regulatory requirements for seamless project execution.
- Direct and supervise workers, studying job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods and taking proactive measures to address delays, bad weather, or emergencies at the construction site.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 8 years of construction project management experience in the M&E related field, preferably with LTA project experience
