The HR Business Partner is responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions including Staffing, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Communications & Engagement, Welfare, Performance Management and Learning & Development etc. This role will involve building strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing HR advice and support, managing employee relations, talent management, and driving organizational change. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Changi

Salary up to $5,000

Job responsibilities:

  • Facilitate HR functions which include Staffing, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Communications & Engagement, Welfare, Performance Management and Learning & Development etc.Act as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support in the areas of talent management, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to address those needs.
  • Proactively identify and address HR-related issues, resolving conflicts, and mitigating risks to ensure a positive work environment and employee engagement.
  • Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics to identify trends, develop insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve HR programs and practices.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in HR, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the HR team and business leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedure
  • Collaborate with HR team members on various projects, initiatives, and special assignments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the catering, hospitality, or food services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
