Responsibilities:
- Drive the digital transformation activity with the project to product (P2P) initiative and approach.
- Planning, identify opportunities, define product vision, prioritization, cross-functional collaboration (value-stream) to optimize our product portfolio and ensure cost recovery.
- End to end responsibility for our product design and product development, lifecycle management from ideation to operations by developing the standard, process, template and guideline for the product setup with our internal Product Owners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (eg. business, marketing, computer science, etc)
- MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus
- 5-10 years of experience in product design, development and management role
- Successful delivery of Products is mandatory
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the IT industry
- Experience in product/service owner role for defining service description, service costing, service scoping
- Experience in finance management
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies (eg. Agile, Scrum, etc) and product lifecycle
- Good understanding of digital infrastructure and architecture, integration and underlying technological concepts, business drivers and emerging trends
- Outstanding negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong analytic skill and work effectively under stress
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive results
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task efficiently
- May require to travel overseas for short duration (only if required)
