- To diagnose and resolve software and hardware related incidents, including operating systems
- Breakfix replacement of hardware parts to resolve issues
- To escalate complex issues to next level for assistance
- Provide accurate and timely documentation in IT Service Management Tool
- Perform IMACD service requests (install, move, add, change & decommission) of IT equipment and software.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Nitec holder & above
- Welcome entry level (Training Provided)
- Positive attitude, willing to learn
- Physically Fit - require to move Computer parts and equipments
- 5 days work
- Islandwide work locations (Mostly in the East / Central areas)
- Salary $2000 - $2600
