The Talent:
- Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office application is required
- Systematic, organized and meticulous
Job Description
- Mall ERP, managing tenant details in the CRM module, and calling for quotations from solicitors/lawyers.
- Contract preparation, conducting searches on tenants, and obtaining stamp duty and legal fees.
- Responsibilities also cover updating and maintaining various tenant-related details and documents, assisting in Novation and Termination matters, and compiling leasing reports for control group meetings.
- Reconciling sales reports, billing reports, and performing general administrative and clerical duties as needed.
