The Opportunity

  • My Client, a reputable organisation is looking to hire an Admin Assistant, Leasing
  • Monday - Friday
  • Office hours
  • Central
  • Salary: Up to $3k! (Subjected to experience)
  • 3 years contract

The Talent:

  • Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office application is required
  • Systematic, organized and meticulous

Job Description

  • Mall ERP, managing tenant details in the CRM module, and calling for quotations from solicitors/lawyers.
  • Contract preparation, conducting searches on tenants, and obtaining stamp duty and legal fees.
  • Responsibilities also cover updating and maintaining various tenant-related details and documents, assisting in Novation and Termination matters, and compiling leasing reports for control group meetings.
  • Reconciling sales reports, billing reports, and performing general administrative and clerical duties as needed.
