Responsibilities
We’re looking for an experienced Accountant or Senior Finance Executive to be part of a team supporting the company and group’s operations in Singapore.
- Perform project accounting, ensuring financial transactions relating to projects such as costs, billing and revenue are properly reported;
- Participate in projects to streamline and automate financial reporting processes to achieve efficiency;
- Review and compile monthly reports for the group;
- Develop quarterly benchmarking reports and assist with preparing budgets;
- Oversee cashflow and related activities;
- Review receivables and payables, making sure journal entries are current and accurate;
- Prepare submissions for GST and other tax obligations;
- Support other business teams with invoicing;
- Conduct audits on fixed assets as necessary;
- Support pricing reviews and other evaluations as necessary
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting with relevant experience;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with project accounting exposure;
- Strong knowledge of local financial reporting standards;
- Ability to work with deadlines;
- Meticulous nature and high accuracy;
- Ability to work well in a team, as well as individually, with minimal supervision;
- Positive attitude and good work ethic;
- Experience in SAP and Microsoft Office
