- Inspects specific assemblies, onboard boiler repair, deck panels, and coverings, for conformance to dimensional specifications and quality standards, using level, square, and measuring instruments and applying knowledge of carpentry.
- Responsible to issue PTW for all site work
- Responsible and accountable to follow all Safety Procedures of the site.
- Performs In process sampling and testing.
- Performs simple maintenance jobs in accordance with safety requirement.
- Preparation of equipment for lock out tag out (LOTO), filter change outs etc.
- Report all accident, injury, near miss, unsafe conditions, and behaviour to immediate supervisor so that remedial actions can be taken to eliminate risk.
- Ensure utilities and facilities problems are identified and repaired quickly.
