Job Description:
- Plan & conducts group activity sessions for the residents under the instruction and guidance of the Occupational Therapist.
- Provides basic care / therapeutic activities and training to the residents.
- Co-ordinate activities to cater to the social needs of the residents.
- Assess and review the various programme implementations and outcomes.
- Participates in Person-Centered Care discussion.
- Assist to supervise the activities in the ward.
- Maintain records of residents’ daily activities, residents’ participations and progress, daily and monthly residents’ census etc.
Requirement:
- GCE “O” level / “A” level / relevant qualifications in Social Services.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in co-ordinating/organizing activities for the elderly.
- Outgoing and a good team player with initiative.
- Possess good interpersonal skills.
