· Liaise and communicate with 3rd party warehouse in Singapore and Malaysia to ensure that transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary.
· Work closely with the local forwarding agents to ensure shipment arrives on time based on the correct incoterms.
· Coordinate deliveries for import shipments to requestor / designated location.
· Prepare and submit billing statement.
· Ensure that all the endorsed delivery orders are submit on time.
· Prepare all shipping documents for DG defective parts returns.
· Assist on any other matters assigned by the Logistics Supervisor.
