- Ensure accuracy of payroll records by maintaining the database with updates in status changes, tax withholdings, deductions,Reimbursements, union matters etc
- Process final salary within the given date
- Declare CPF and income tax on time
- Produce payroll related reports to management on a monthly basis
- Identify and follow up on any information that is inconsistent or does not align with the job classification/title
- Maintain and manage payroll documents
- All other ad-hoc administrative duties
