Professional knowledge and experience:
- Ensure that the business solution is successfully implemented by defining the right architecture and integrate the solution into the customer’s environment
- Provide consultation on compliance practices and recommendations on the correct use of the solution
- Coordinate and manage project implementation activity with customer project team
- Understanding and interpreting business requirements and translating them for the implementations
- Implementing and qualifying the integration of the compliance suite of products with customer’s applications
- Assisting our customers to deploy the compliance solution on-premises or remotely
- Advise customers to automate the process to improve efficiencies and streamline processes
- Documenting the undertaken activities
Requirements
- Experience in the IT industry working with compliance, financial industry or similar business applications
- Technical Knowledge: Unix/Linux/Windows, Networking and database
- Basic understanding of security algorithms and concepts (PKI Infrastructures, SSL, TLS)
- Proven track record in solution implementation, networking and troubleshooting
- Experience in application integration, core banking, ISO 20022 messaging format etc… will have added advantage
- Must be a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Upheld professionalism and be customer-centric
- Good planning and coordination skills
- Ability and willingness to travel from time to time working independently
