COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Grocery Logistics Singapore (GLS) a wholly owned subsidiary of FairPrice Group Supply Chain, is a well-established logistics player in the Fast Moving Consumers Goods (FMCG) segment, incorporated since January 1993. Other than being the key logistics provider for NTUC FairPrice and its subsidiaries, we had serviced the Dairy Farm Group, Royal Ahold Group (since exited from Singapore Markets) and many small supermarket chains since our establishment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent will provide shift support in the servicing and maintenance of the Automated Equipment in the Company via preventive and corrective maintenance activities. A a problem solver equipped with the required technical knowledge and skills
Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance of the Electrical and Mechanical Equipment, Start-up, Shut-down andoperation activities
- Provide Technical Support to operation so as to meet production schedule
- Carry out stock-keeping of spare parts and housekeeping duties
- Minimum NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical or any equivalent
- Strong knowledge of automation systems, including PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), HMI (Human-Machine Interfaces), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), and robotic systems is a plus
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation
- Work location:5 Joo Koon Circle
- Working hours:5 days per week including public holidays and weekend, rotating shifts (7:30am-5pm / 12:30-10 pm / 1:30-11pm / 8:30pm - 6am; shift hours are subjected to changes due to business needs)
