Looking for dynamic individuals for our Team for Pre & Post Sales Executive, no experience required, on-job training will be provided.
Duties:
1. Upon receiving inquiry, to assist Sales In-Charge to carry out sourcing and compatibility checks, ensuring that specifications are accurate.
2. Liaise with Client on proposed specifications and submissions of catalogues for consideration.
3. Provide client with Quotations and specifications.
4. Follow up with clients for accpetance or alternate proposal.
5. Invoicing for materials or work jobs completed, ensuring all claims are through.
6. Support client's requests for documentations which may have been missed.
7. To keep records of Warranty for Jobs Completed and process claims for clients and from suppliers.
8. Ensure healthy profits for each transaction.
9. To be able to work with multiple teams, Accounts, Customer Service as well as Sales Team.
