- Issue Resolution:Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with relevant departments to address and rectify customer challenges.
- Product Knowledge:Stay informed about the features and benefits of products or services offered.
Assist customers in making informed decisions by providing product information and recommendations.
- Sales Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
Generate sales reports and contribute to the analysis of sales trends.
- Customer Feedback:Collect and relay customer feedback to the management team to improve products or services.
Implement improvements based on customer suggestions when applicable.
- Team Collaboration:Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales and customer service objectives.
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and sales roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:
