Position Title: Customer Service and Sales Representative

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while promoting and driving sales. Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction:Engage with customers in a friendly and positive manner to provide assistance and address inquiries.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
  2. Sales Promotion:Actively promote products or services to customers, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
    Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition to potential clients.
  3. Order Processing:Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
    Provide information on product availability, pricing, and delivery times.
  4. Issue Resolution:Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
    Collaborate with relevant departments to address and rectify customer challenges.
  5. Product Knowledge:Stay informed about the features and benefits of products or services offered.
    Assist customers in making informed decisions by providing product information and recommendations.
  6. Sales Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
    Generate sales reports and contribute to the analysis of sales trends.
  7. Customer Feedback:Collect and relay customer feedback to the management team to improve products or services.
    Implement improvements based on customer suggestions when applicable.
  8. Team Collaboration:Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales and customer service objectives.
    Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service and sales roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is desirable.
