Responsibilities:
- Work closely with and assist the stakeholders on all matters related to the earth control measures for the project site.
- Responsible for complying and adhere with NEA and Project HSE Management System requirements.
- Responsible to adopt and use the relevant records in the HSE management system to conduct checks/inspections
- Carry out proper record keeping, and submit such records to the HSE Manager where required.
- Responsible for adhering to the HSE Rules & Regulations, Safe Work Procedure (SWP), HSE Instructions etc.
- Responsible to prepare and submit the Site Environmental Control Program and Site Environmental Control Report according to the format required by National Environmental Agency to the workplace’s/project’s Manager in-charge for approval.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in a relevant field.
- Registered ECO with NEA and ECMO with IES. Minimum 3 years of working experience in a construction firm.
- Possess Earth Control Measure Officer (ECMO) qualification.
- Be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
- Excellent team spirit, strong technical competence and good interpersonal skills
