Job Descriptions:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the service team.
- Conduct product delivery training for distributors and customers.
- Provide remote diagnosis and fault analysis guidance via emails and/or calls.
- Perform on-site field services in local and ASEAN countries.
- Generate service reports and recommend spare parts, assisting the Parts team.
- Submit warranty claims and quality reports to drive product quality improvements.
- Demonstrate flexibility, including working beyond office hours if required.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma and/or certificates in Engineering with relevant working experience in construction machinery industry.
- Able to read and understand Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic schematic diagram.
- Process valid Class 3 Driving License.
- Meticulous and self-motivated; cooperate and comply.
