JOB SUMMARY

The Managing Director - Asia will report to the Group CEO / Founder and will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of Humanica Asia and it’s diversified business portfolio that includes SaaS Technology, HR Outsourcing and Consulting. The Managing Director will lead the development and execution of the company's strategy and plans, ensuring that the company is competitive and profitable in the relevant markets. The Managing Director will also be responsible for effective communication and interaction with relevant stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, customers, business partners, regulators and the media.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic Planning and Development

· Define, develop and implement strategies that enhance the company's competitive position in the relevant markets, in line with the overall objectives of the company.

· Develop and monitor initiatives that promote business growth, expansion, shareholder returns and profitability, including product development and acquisitions.

· Review and analyze regularly the competitive landscape, identifying business opportunities and risks and recommend appropriate courses of action.

2. Company Brand and Investment

· Develop and direct strategies that promote the Humanica Group brand through sound business practices, good governance, public relations and community service.

· Create market positioning strategies to attract investment in the company, ensuring that the investment aligns with the long term strategic objectives and is a fit for the Vision, Mission and Values of Humanica Group.

· Establish communications channels together with the investor community to promote the opportunity that Humanica Group represents.

· Work jointly with the Chief Marketing Officer to grow Humanica Group brand architecture and engagement with its related markets including social media.

3. Financial and Risk Management

· Establish a sound and sustainable financial strategy that meets Humanica Group’s financial plans and objectives.

· Assess the risks in the business, put in place key performance indicators, adjust the risk profile as required and ensure safe and effective business practices.

· Work closely with assigned business unit(s) leadership and risk management to identify the risk profile of the portfolio against benchmarks and recommend changes to achieve the portfolio's strategic objectives.

4. Stakeholder Management

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including shareholders, customers, business partners, employees, NGOs, regulators and the media.

· Engage and encourage employees to work with these stakeholders in the development and implementation of the company's strategy and plans.

5. Corporate Leadership

· Provide strong inspirational corporate leadership within Humanica Group and across geographies, ensuring that expectations are aligned while recognizing diversity among the operations of the group.

· Share knowledge and experience with business units, which are engaged in related or even entirely different businesses in various contexts, promoting cross-fertilization and innovative approaches.

6. Building Corporate Culture

· Develop and implement strategies to build and enhance a strong corporate culture in the company, in line with the company's values and mission, setting the tone from the top.

· Ensure that the company policies, procedures, and other initiatives promote inclusivity, diversity, employee well-being, and professional development.

· Encourage employees in all business units to work collaboratively and efficiently while identifying and solving problems.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or equivalent

· Minimum 20 years working experience leading a large organization with regional coverage and P&L accountability.

· Proven experience in delivering a profitable business within Asia with specific focus in Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam.

· Strong leadership and management experience within the Human Resources, Outsourcing and consulting business within Asia.

· Working knowledge working in a Public Listed company with accountability to Board od Directors

· Excellent communication skills and client engagement

· Good business network and able to perform business development initiatives to grow the business

· Excellent leadership skills.
