JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist in full recruitment cycle.
- Assist in preparing employment contracts, certification letters and other HR related matters.
- Create and maintain accurate employee leave records in HR System and filling.
- Assist in Payroll Processing
- Knowledge on Employment Law
- Assist in Work permint / pass application, renewal and cancellation of work passes.
- Maintain a good record documents and filling
- Other admin duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma / Degree in HR / Admin
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good knowledge on HR system & MOM rules and regulation
- Able to start immediately is an added bonus
