We are an established leading pediatrics therapy Centre for children located in Orchard Road. We are looking for motivated and capable staff to take part in the company's growth and to enjoy opportunities to advance and to grow with the company.
You will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of several entities within the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timelines of financial information, which is critical to the continued growth and success of the company.
1) Manage full sets of financial accounting.
2) Process billing requests, generate invoices and manage AP & AR, GL
3) Review and submit quarterly GST filings and corporate income tax filings.
4) Prepare Account Receivable aging report, audit schedules related to AR and send customer statement of accounts.
5) Attend to queries on invoices and billing as required.
6) Responsible for inter-company billing, monthly and year end closing
7) Perform year end closing of accounts and prepare financial statements according to applicable financial reporting standards and tax matters.
8) Be involved in the annual audit process for group entities and act as one of the main points of liaison with auditors.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skills: Full set of Accounts, AR, AP, GL, Taxation
- Have experience in Xero software.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Self-motivated
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to commence as soon as possible
