- Responsible for full set of accounts.
- Check and update vendors’ invoices with supporting documents.
- Update and check expense claims and receipts matching.
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports for subsidiaries;
- Consolidate accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards;
- Liaise with banks on banking transactions;
- Manage timely closing process and reconciliations, including for intercompany transactions
- Assist in monthly closing of accounts
- Other ad-hoc accounting/admin duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent, fresh graduates with intern experience are welcome
- Strong understanding of accounting principles;
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to meet deadlines
