【Responsibilities】
1. Oversee the content and style of the affiliated forum website.
2. Manage and optimize the placement of paid advertisements through various channels.
3. Handle channel data analytics, monitoring, and advertising account operations.
4. Conduct innovative research for affiliated projects and implement them effectively.
5. Manage other website operational tasks.
【Qualifications】
· Bachelor's degree with proficiency in English (minimum CET-4), and 1-3 years of experience in website operations.
· Strong interest in the internet forum industry with excellent learning and analytical abilities.
· Optimistic, proactive, and willing to explore new ideas.
· Comfortable working with computers, sedentary, resilient to stress, and able to withstand pressure.
· Strong desire for financial success, a spirit of hard work and challenge, loyalty, and good character.
· Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, writing, listening, and speaking.

岗位职责
1、负责所属论坛网站，把控咨询内容和风格；
2、负责付费广告渠道的投放以及优化；
3、负责渠道数据统计、监控以及广告账户操作；
4、负责所属项目创新研究及落地实施；
5、负责其他网站运营事务。
【任职要求】
· 本科学历，英语四级以上,有1-3年网站运营经验者；
· 对互联网论坛行业有强烈的兴趣，有较强的学习能力及分析能力；
· 乐观、积极、乐于尝试新鲜事物。
· 喜欢与电脑打交道，不爱动，坐的住，抗压能力强；
· 有强烈赚钱欲望，有奋斗精神，挑战精神，忠诚，人品好！
· 精通华语和英语，写作、听力和口语。
