Job Responsibilities:
- Coordination of CSD Drawings, technical drawings and detailing and documentations.
- Preparing of shop drawings, construction drawings and as built drawing using BIM/CAD as a timely manner.
- Checking of Sub contractor system CAD Drawings and models and submissions prior to coordination of CSD.
- Liaising with internal projects members, sub-contractors, clients and consultants to issue coordinated drawings for approval and construction.
- Ensuring that all drawings are compliant with project specifications and requirements.
- Clarifying and raising RFI for any discrepancies.
- Making presentation with BIM-related software as required by the project team.
- Perform and maintain proper documentation of clash detection reports.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a BIM Modeller in the construction industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, CAD Commissioning Technical Support, Revit, BIM Mathematics Drawing, Construction Modelling, Python Construction Drawings, Electrical 3D Task Management, Data Integration, and Statistic software.
- Strong understanding and experience in handling CSD drawings and technical drawings.
