Salary: Up to $4500

Working days & hours: Monday to Friday 930AM to 630PM
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily office operations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain and organize electronic and hard-copy files.
- Assist in HR documentation, including employee records and onboarding materials.
- Act as a point of contact between employees and management.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism.
- Assist in organizing company events and activities.
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Assist in HR matters - recruitment process, coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding, assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- To take on other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Holder
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to multi-task and prioritise work.
- Meticulous, attention to detail, precision, and the ability to handle issues promptly
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Mandarin language to translate reports from English to Mandarin, And to communicate with Mandarin-speaking only associates
