Job Description & Requirements
- A registered pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
- Excellent clinical and patient care competencies
- 5 years or more, retail storefront experience with demonstrated cashflow expertise
- Strong business planning competencies with a passion for people and service
- Broad knowledge of retail pharmacy and industry trends Achieving sales target
- Solution-oriented, resourceful, and independent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated IT proficiency, including with Pharmacy Management Systems
Requirements
- Ensure smooth execution of planogram and price change
- Execute and manage in-store promotion set up and layout during promotion changeover
- Plan and coordinate daily workflow to ensure prompt and accurate delivery
- Maintain highest hygiene environment: maintain store appearance and merchandising standards, daily housekeeping, ensure the store is kept free of hazards, Ensure storerooms are kept clean and all excess stocks must be kept tidy, and hold only ”live” stock
- Support in all aspects of Sales and Customer service duties, such as greeting customers, providing assistance, and completing transactions, meeting, and negotiating with salespeople to arrange for promotional activities for items outside the dispensing counter.
