You will effectively and efficiently manage the Reservations Department ensuring all inquiries are professionally dealt with, through prompt, effective, and proper reservations service to achieve maximum revenue by proactively converting sales inquiries in order to meet or exceed the revenue target.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling the phone and email inquiries and being the face and voice of our guests.
- Maintain cordial relations with commercial clients.
- Creative in planning proposals, birthdays, and anniversary surprises.
- Follows up on tentative bookings and updates reservation status.
- Reviews no-show, cancelled reservations, and processes charges according to company policy.
- Handling the customer registration before boarding the ship.
- The successful applicant for this role must be committed to delivering excellent customer service and have a positive 'can do attitude'
- You will need to work during public holidays and weekends as our ship is chartered and sailing during these days.
- Able to speak mandarin to liaise and connect with our customer from China.
Must be Mandarin speaking (Bi-lingual)
Position open to Singaporeans only
Salary: $2,700 - $3,200 depending upon experience
