The appointee will be part of the Enterprise Transformation Team and be responsible for duties primarily related to administration and coordination.
Responsibilities:-
a) Program administration
- Monitor training registration to ensure all necessary
information is submitted
- Brief trainer on the processes and documentation needs for
each training program
- Make arrangement for training venue and necessary training
material
- Inform and instruct trainees on the administration of the
training (venue, material required, dressing (if applicable),
parking facilities, etc.)
- Ensure trainer provide the necessary training proof and
documentation upon completion of the training.
b) Manage program reporting
- Manage the program tracking reports and provide periodical
reporting on the status, including total program training
hours etc.
c) Coordinate and schedule meeting
- Liaise with both internal (SP staff) and external (companies,
trade associations and chambers, etc.)
d) Ad-hoc projects
- Take up ad-hoc projects
Requirements:-
- Preferably 3 years of relevant experience with some IT knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office applications: Outlook, MS Team, Excel, PowerPoint and Words
- Possess good communication, problem solving and organising skills
- Good team player who is self-motivated and can complete task within deadlines set
- Able to work independently
