Duties & Responsibilities
- Support end-user hardware and software deployment
- Provides support and troubleshooting for end-user incidentals
- Liaising with outsource services provider in resolving issues when required
- Support and maintain office IT assets and documentation
- Monitoring and maintaining office network and data backup and recovery
- Liaising with vendors in sourcing and purchasing or IT requirements
- Support user account maintenance for ERP system
- Help to setup or troubleshoot and resolve online meeting incidentals
- Maintain company website and email accounts
- Support branch office IT counterpart when necessary
- Any other relevant job scope assigned
Requirements
- MCandidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an IT administrator
- Must be knowledgeable in server virtualization
- Linux and Window Server deployment, configuration, and patching
- Proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft Team and perpetual Microsoft Office
- Knowledgeable in VBScript for Excel and Power BI
- Proficiency in maintaining Network switches and Firewall
- Database optimization and performance tuning
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
