Contract Duration: 12 months
Working Location: City Hall MRT
Working Hours: Mon – Fri (9:00am – 6:00pm)
Job Scopes
· Oversee key administrative duties for grants
· Handle inquiries and coordinate meetings with applicants
· Consolidate and coordinate grant applications and grant evaluations
· Track projects and send offer letters
· Assist in promoting and publicizing grants through digital channels, events and outreach
· Provide secretariat support for internal meetings
· Coordinate with the editorial team and writers on deadlines
· Assist in managing website content
· Provide support for management of research reports, stakeholder database, and filing requests for various initiatives
Job Requirements
· Minimum Diploma holders in any fields
· Working experience in arts/heritage sector or grant administration
