This will be a 12-months renewable contract position.
Scope of Work:
- Review operational processes and procedures to electronic procurement portal and recommend improvements as needed.
- Review information organisation, information flow, and information ease of use and recommend improvements as needed.
- Maintain and update documentation and message content.
- Identify outdated or irrelevant portal message content and recommend improvements as needed.
- Requirement gathering and team co-ordination for accurate and complete information.
- Any other required tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements:
3 years of work experience in providing support for portal content management.
Knowledge in business domain knowledge in government procurement, GeBIZ portal and the portal operations.
Working knowledge in:
- Singapore Government procurement guidelines;
- Government electronic Business Portal;
- Internet Browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge/ Internet Explorer;
- Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Dynamics;
- Virtual Assistant Tools
- HTML programming.
Able to work with different teams, gather and analyse requirements and recommend areas of improvement.
Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
