Finance, HR & Admin Executive
Job Description
Assist Finance, HR & Admin Manager in his/her daily tasks including performing financial tasks as stipulated below
· Prepare and validate payment vouchers & invoices
· Check & validate settlement reports
· Track and manage all ARs and APs
· Review, validate & process refunds/reimbursements
Manage and perform general HR duties including tasks stipulated below:
· Recruitment (job portals) and arrange for interviews
· Employment documentation (EP Letter, T&Cs, COP, NDA, AB&CP, CSRP, PDPP, Entry/Exit Checklist
· Exit Interviews & documentation (Termination, Dismissal, Retrenchment)
· Onboarding & setting up of Employee ID, Salaries, medical screening, WP, SP & EP application
· Validate employee claims
Perform administrative functions including tasks stipulated below:
· Prepare & issue POs for all general purchases including office suppliers
· Assist to arrange company's events such as occasional company celebrations as and when required
The candidate should possess the following experience and attributes:
· Practical experience with accounting software (such as AutoCount), spreadsheets (such as MS Excel), and databases (such as MS Access) Have worked in a financial environment and hands on with monthly and yearly financial submissions and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
· Works well in a team environment
· Good organizational and time management skills
· Always keeps the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality
