We are looking for an Executive (Brand & Customer Experience) to join us at our new showroom located at Genting Road to provide advice and handle enquiries to our visitors.
Key Roles
- Advise and handle all enquiries relating to our products with a pleasant disposition.
- Maintain the showroom in a pristine condition
- Preparation of Sales document, product deliveries and reports.
- Support the Customer Care Department in resolving all customer related queries/requests across our available modes of communication
- Assist Supervisor on any other tasks as instructed
Qualifications & Experience Requirement
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales and/or customer service-related role
- Must be Bilingual (Able to speak both English and Mandarin)
- Self-Motivated and resourceful in tackling different situations
- 6 Working Days, Mondays to Saturdays 9am to 530pm, Sundays & 2 off days each month
