Human Resource Executive

Description :

  • Update and manage employee records are updated real time accurately.
  • Assist in full spectrum of HR and Administration functions in recruitment and selection, training and development, other HR and Admin duties
  • Preparation relevant letters to effect staff movements (appointment, resignation, transfers, confirmation, promotions, warning letters etc)
  • Responsible for the documentation of new hires; up-to-date, accurate information and documents are kept in employees' P files
  • Handle the administration of employee's benefits such as leaves, medical, staff's claims etc. in EPE, HRIS system
  • Handle queries that staff may encounter during the course of employment and escalate upwards for sensitive and complicated cases.
  • Conduct exit interviews for resigned staff
  • Administer full spectrum of training from sourcing, coordination, liaising with staffs/operations/training providers, submit training application & training grants
  • Handle work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation etc. via WPOL/EPOL
  • Serve as point of contact on HR-related queries
  • Provide general administrative support of HR & Admin including office admin, office stationery, couriers/claim process etc.
  • Run & participate in active recruitment through job fairs organized by e2i/WSG etc.
  • Any other jobs assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Higher Nitec / Diploma Holder, with 1 – 2 years experiences preferred ( but not necessary )
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Hands-on experience in using EPE software advantageous
  • Meticulous with a high degree of integrity and demonstrated ability to work in a team
  • Resourceful with good interpersonal skills
  • Able to adapt to multi-tasking and cope with stringent time demands
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Preferably to start work immediately / within short notice period
