RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement creative promotions initiatives to ensure maximum publicity and grow listenership. This includes event branding, merchandising, and forging links with lifestyle and desired brands that appeal to the stations target audience for branding and listener loyalty purposes.
- Manage relationships with internal and external clients, including suppliers, clients and partners to ensure effective execution of promotion and sales plans and/or campaigns.
- Coordinate client campaigns for DJs to deliver whilst creating new program elements that can be monetized & grow new revenue opportunities for station.
- Drive higher social engagement by working closely with Digital Social Media manager for social media activations.
- Work closely with the sales team, clients and DJs for the production and execution of open talks, live reads and ad-libs, on-air trailers, long term sponsorships, on ground events/roadshows etc.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for publicity/supplies of services necessary for station driven events/campaigns.
- Manage the stations promotions budget and monthly on-air roster.
- Fresh graduates (with a Diploma or Degree) with little to no experience are also welcomed
- Degree holder, preferably in Mass Communication, Media & Communication or related fields
- Ability to think creatively and generate original ideas
- Confidence and tenacity to pursue information, overcome obstacles, and pitch ideas
- Creative and enjoys working in a fast-paced/dynamic environment
- Meticulous, organized and exhibits initiative
- Determination, diplomacy, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a team

- Good command of English Language
- Good writing skills which they can adapt for different platforms
- Some knowledge on how to build and manage brands
- Familiarity with the increasing range of communications platforms, and how they can be used in marketing brands
- Proficient in applications such as Microsoft Office and Photoshop
- Loves music or the entertainment field
- Experience in the area of promotions/events organization, preferably in the media-related industries
- Must be able to work on weekends and after office hours for station/clients activities and events (when necessary)
