- Position : Estate Management/Family Butler cum Family Driver – Up to $3,800 Basic – Orchard
- Location : Orchard
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week (2 Shifts) – 7.30AM to 5.00PM / 2.30PM to 12.00AM
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 + OT + CPF Contribution + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits of up to $1,000/year + 14 Days AL

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to day operations of the family estate.
- Manage household helper and undertake basic estate maintenance, which includes simple DIY activities like garden maintenance, replacement of faulty lighting, etc.
- Perform routine estate maintenance inspection of residence areas and surrounding landscape.
- Liaise with external vendors for advanced repairs relating to the estate and for owners’ vehicles (i.e. vehicle repairs and routine servicing) in the estate.
- Maintain owners’ vehicles (including washing of vehicles) and undertake chauffeuring duties as and when required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must posses Class 3 Driving License with minimum 2 years of driving experience
- Familiar with Singapore roads and safety regulations, with good driving record
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
- Able to work weekends and public holidays when required
