Who are we?

Yinson is a world leading energy solutions provider. Our business consists of Offshore production, Renewables, Offshore Marine and Green Technology. We have offices and operations in various countries around the world and thus offer a culturally diverse, international environment. We are now hiring in preparation for further growth.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor the ERM framework to assist all Business Units in meeting their Enterprise risk objectives.
  • Monitoring existing risks through ongoing auditing of identified risk controls
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to develop, improve, and test risk controls and mitigation approaches
  • Facilitate operational solutions and processes that are consistent with the corporate HSSEQ strategy and standards to assure the ERM framework is integrated into business practices.
  • Coordinate the risk owners and co-owners to ensure attendance of risk workshops.
  • Monitor, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of enterprise risk controls.
  • Develop a schedule of risk control audits, ensuring that findings are tracked, monitored with appropriate evidence to close out.
  • Develop monthly and quarterly board level reports
  • Tracking attendance of risk owners and coowners to scheduled risk workshops
  • Monitor the evidence of the documented risk controls and report of deficiencies
  • Identifying new risks and developing plans to mitigate them
  • Work effectively within the HSSEQ Team

QHSSE Duties – every employee shall:

  • Take care of themselves and others who may be affected by their acts or oversights;
  • Not interfere with or misuse anything supplied for their health, safety and welfare;
  • Report quality related problems and HSSE hazards or deficits within their area to the QHSSE department;
  • Promote and take part in the QHSSE continuous improvement process.

Requirements

  • 3-year Full Time Degree in an Associated discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Lead auditor in ISO 31000:2018.
  • Demonstratable experience with global companies’ renown to operate to best practices.
  • Demonstratable experience of working in high-risk, high-consequence environments, preference within Upstream Oil & Gas.
