The Admin Assistant is responsible to provide general office and administrative support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Order processing (generate quotation, DO and invoice)
• Handle Staff and customer inquiries/issues on the phone, via email and live chats in a timely and professional manner
• Updating and maintain of employees P-files, policies, employees’ handbook and any HR related documents
• Other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned
• Positive working mindset
• General administration and other coordination duties
- Regular update of stocks movement on daily, weekly and monthly
- Prepare sales/stock report and Data Entry
- Update and report on job status of service equipments
- Liaise with external parties such as consumers, contractors and suppliers
- Support sales and technical staff
