- To cooperate with Corporate Strategy Office to develop regional business within Japan Group of Companies in Southeast Asia including strategical deployment of Expatriates
- To manage internal reporting for HR, IT Security, CSR, or Sustainability and Corporate related matters to Japan headquarters.
- Expatriate Management including pre-assignment planning, legal and immigration compliance, cultural training and integration, family support assistance, global talent development planning, etc.
- Participate and monitor Business Planning, Headcount budgeting.
- Liaison between Singapore and Japan Offices for HR Matters
- Implement HR policies, procedures and programs and ensure staff compliance for Singapore Office/, Indonesia and Malaysia offices
- Work closely with Business Unit Heads on key HR matters for Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia to provide guidance.
- Assist to facilitate the entire employment process from recruitment to resignation for all staff; including workforce planning, selection, recruitment, induction, asset issuance, dormitory arrangement, staff confirmation, IR21 tax clearance, exit interview, etc.
- Identifying Training Requirements & preparing Training budget
- Facilitate disciplinary cases and provide mediation
- Lead and manage company and staff welfare including health and safety, healthcare benefits, recognition and rewards, etc.
- Work with CEO office and assist to facilitate Board of Directors Meeting, and Annual General Meetings etc
- Work with Legal Workgroup to review and draft the legal documents, day-to-day contracts, and agreements related to the business operation of the Company, for ensuring due diligence in legal checks and risks assessment/mitigation in Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
- Work with QC team Be a member of ISO Steering Committee to maintain and enhance ISO certification including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001 and ISO22301
- Assist to facilitate overseas business expansion
- Conduct Performance Appraisals twice a year for all staff
- Handle employee enquiries on HR Matters
- Maintain HR database and assist in HRIS management (Prosoft Unit4)
