Job Description:
- Manage and handle matters relating to operation assistants, drivers and store man
- Overall to monitor daily orders, drivers’ deliveries schedule and follow up on delivery issues
- Monitor daily stock inventory
- Keep track of company assets such as trucks, tanks and spare parts
- Review maintenance costing and trucks’ downtime
- Handle matters relating to Safety Regulation and incident cases
- Apply safety licenses for trucks & tanks from respective authorities
- Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints
- Coordinate and oversee daily operational flows required by customers to/from the warehouse
- Establish good rapport and maintain constant communication with customers to acquire daily orders and meet sales target
- Liaise with contractors and in-house team to handle breakdown
- Provide technical support, standby and respond to emergency
- Responsible for warehouse inventory checks being in place (stock take, cycle count schedule)
- Ensure orders, receipts, returns and specific projects are completed on time and accurately
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and monitor manpower requirements to ensure productivity, profitability and deliver positive customer experiences
- Evaluate operating procedures & identify measures to review and improve supply chain management plans
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in related field
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and common local dialect
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently, meticulous, positive attitude and a team
