Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Japanese-Speaking Recruitment Consultant Support Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for enthusiastic individuals, including entry level candidates who are looking to start a career in recruitment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our recruitment consultants and ensuring effective communication with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to recruitment consultants.
- Facilitate smooth communication with clients and candidates.
- Assist in scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and other recruitment activities.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and processes.
- Perform background screening for candidates.
- Prepare monthly payslips and CPF submissions for clients.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Japanese (JLPT N2/N1). Candidate needs to communicate with Japanese speaking and English speaking clients.
- Entry level candidates are welcome; on-job training will be provided.
- CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certification will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
